Cancelling an Order

You may request to cancel your order before it has been dispatched.

To request a cancellation, email us as soon as possible at:

Please include:

• Your full name
• Order number
• Email address used for the order
• Reason for cancellation

Due to the high volume of enquiries we receive, email is our preferred contact method because it provides a clear and transparent written record of your request.

Orders Already Dispatched

Once an order has been dispatched, it may no longer be possible to cancel it.

You may still be able to return the item after delivery in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy. Please contact us before sending any product back.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

The time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

Refused or Missed Deliveries

Refusing delivery or failing to accept an order does not automatically cancel the purchase.

Any delivery, return or handling costs incurred may be deducted from the refund where permitted and applicable.

Custom or Made-to-Order Products

Orders for personalised, customised or made-to-order products may not be cancelled once production or preparation has started.

This does not affect your rights where an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
